At Performance Learning Designs, our primary goal is to become a performance resource to our clients. We do this by demonstrating that the ideas, insights, and capabilities we bring to the relationship can make a significant contribution to the achievement of each client’s targeted performance goals.
Our Methods are Evidence-Based and Contextual
Program development is grounded in both primary and secondary research. At the primary level, in addition to drawing upon wide-ranging project experience, we conduct research with samples of all program sponsors and participants, with a focus on those individuals who will be most instrumental in driving program implementation. At the secondary level, we draw upon practitioner and academic publications in fields such as psychology, business studies, leadership, performance management, and adult learning. Final program recommendations are context-specific at multiple levels: industry, organization, business line / department, team, and individual performer.
